Winter at the Farm: 2024 Winter Art Show and Sale

Type of Art: Two-dimensional art (paintings, drawings, photographs, mixed-media). Three-dimensional art (pottery, sculpture, woodwork, textile) 

Judging of the show entries will be done prior to the show opening

Categories:

  • Category 1: Adults. 
  • Category 2: Students 17 and under. 

Requirements: 

  • Art must be properly framed and wired. Picture wire is required to hang. Improperly wired artwork will not be accepted. Frames with exposed glass edges will be not be accepted. 
  • All work must be original, designed and executed within the last two years. No copies, prints, or work done from commercially designed kits will be accepted. 
  • Frame size must be no smaller than 8×10 inches and no larger than 36×48 inches. 

If you do not wish to sell your artwork, enter NFS (not for sale) in the price area for each piece. Sales are  handled by the artist; if a request to purchase is made, the artist will deal directly with the buyer. Island  Arts will not charge a consignment fee. Sold artwork must remain on display until Sunday at 2:00pm. 

Cost for each artist entering artwork is $25 for adults, $10 for students 17 and under, and you may contribute up to three pieces. 

To enter your art at the 2024 Winter at the Farm, follow these steps:

1. Please fill out the “Winter at the Farm Artist Art Entry Form” below or download a hardcopy (click), save it to your computer, fill it out, re-save the completed form, and email it to registration@andersonislandarts.comEntry form and fee must be submitted by Monday, February 12, 2024. No entries will be accepted after this date.

3. Artwork needs to be brought to the AIHS museum on Saturday, February 17, between 9:00  and 10:00am. Artwork must be picked up at 2:00pm on Sunday February 18.
