The Paper Quilling Workshop will be held on Sunday, April 30th, from 1 to 3 pm in Lois Scholl Room at the back of Chicken Coop #2 at the Johnson Farm, 9306 Otso Point Rd., Anderson Island. Please click on the link below to register and pay your class fee of $52.50.
What is Paper Quilling?
Paper Quilling is the art of manipulating thin paper strips and creating decorative pieces with them. The paper strips are rolled, curled, or twisted into different shapes like a circle, a teardrop shape, or a swirl and then glued down to create a design of your choice.
In this workshop, you will learn how to use the tools and other techniques to shape the paper into swirls, circles, and other basic shapes.
All of the necessary tools will be provided for you to use and take home for your future projects!
Tools include but are not limited to:
(2) Blank 5×7 Canvases, Quilling Paper Strips (Assorted Colors), Paper Rolling
Tools, Fast Drying Glue, Precision Tipped Bottle, etc.
All you need to bring is yourself and your creativity.
