Anderson Island Arts4th Annual Art in the Park

This year’s edition of Art in the Park was the best attended show yet. While the organizers can’t provide an exact count of folks coming through the show what they can say is the 350 ballots for selecting crowd favorites were completely gone about an hour and a half before the show was over. As usual there was great art including oils, acrylics, water color, photography and multi-media. In addition the art on display there were some great tables with various pieces of art and crafts for sale. Below is a list of the winners in the various categories:
Favorite Painting or Drawing, “Square Mama” by Alexei Antonov
Favorite Photograph, “Winter Treasure” by Belen Schneider
Favorite 3-D, “Rooted” by Kymberly Crawford Abbe
Favorite Vendor Table, Clay by Bruce (McIntyre)
