Leap Year Blues Band

The first-ever all-blues concert on Anderson Island was held on Saturday, February 29, at the Johnson Farm Archival Building.   A little over 130 folks were entertained with a set of Delta blues by Andy Prisco (lead guitar), Paul Smith (vocals, rhythm guitar) and Steve Wagner (harmonica), the Leap Year Bllues Band.  In addition to the great performance by the band the show started with a 5-minute video on the history of the blues followed by an introduction by Pastor Dave Brown, originator the Blues Vespers program in Tacoma.
